MIKE SWEARINGEN, Owner/Craftsman
Mike continued to produce bats until 2017, when sport related injuries finally had caught up with him. In the fall of 2018 , at the age of 39, he had two full knee replacements. Early spring of 2019, with two new knees, Mike was able to stand again. The next move was to the shop. This time, with a small portable heater nestled in a 10’ x 12’ shack, the wood chips started flying again. A few Facebook post later and the orders started coming in. Thousands of hours and two years later, we are rolling out some of the best bats in the game of baseball. Recently upgrading to High Precision American Made Machinery, we can produce the desired quality and quantity needed for our players and coaches.
“My name is on every bat that comes out of our shop. Every bat goes through my hands before it leaves. It has to be perfect. The batters box is a lonely place. One player and his bat, against 9 others. I feel that I owe it to every one of our players to give them my absolute best. One batter, one bat, against an entire opposing team, coaches, and umpires…. that’s a pretty sacred moment.”

J.P. Booth, CBO
J.P.’s love for baseball started at the age of 5 when he began playing T-ball. As he grew older, his passion for the game continued to grow. While he didn’t play High School baseball, he continued playin ball through his high school years during the summers. He was fortunate enough to get the chance to play international baseball in the Freeport (PA) International Invitational competing against teams from Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Japan. After stepping away from the game for a few years and watching his younger brothers play, he picked up the game once again in the form of slow-pitch softball, and eventually transitioning to fast-pitch softball.
In addition to playing fast-pitch softball, J.P. currently holds a position as a Junior Varsity baseball coach, sharing his passion and knowledge of the game with a new generation of ball players.
